Consulting and services

Because our fees are earned for work performed and for time reserved, consulting sessions and service engagements are generally non-refundable once the work has begun or the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Digital products, courses, and tools

Because of the nature of digital access, purchases of courses, memberships, and the Lifetime Access Tool are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by law.

No guarantee

Fees are for the services and deliverables provided. They are not contingent on winning any contract, grant, or award.

Billing questions or errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact contactus@pulseinsolutions.com within 7 days and we will review it promptly.
