1. Who we are and what we do

Pulse Integrated Solutions ("Pulse," "we," "us," or "our") provides government contracting consulting, proposal preparation, bid and registration guidance, compliance support, business training and education, mentorship, and related administrative services through this website and our associated platforms.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that any client will receive or win any government contract, grant, award, subcontract, certification, or funding. Our services consist of guidance, education, preparation, and support. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including agency decisions, competition, and the accuracy of the information a client provides.

3. Independent, non-government status

Pulse Integrated Solutions is a private company. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state, or local government agency unless we are officially authorized in writing to do so.

4. Nature of our fees

Clients pay for defined consulting, educational, and document-preparation services. Fees are earned for the work performed and the deliverables provided, regardless of whether the client is ultimately awarded a contract, grant, or other funding.

5. Awards and funds

Any grant, contract, or award proceeds are paid directly to the awarded business by the relevant agency or program. Pulse Integrated Solutions does not receive, hold, disburse, or distribute government grants, contract payments, or economic support on behalf of clients, and such funds do not pass through our payment processor.

6. Payments

Payments for our services are processed securely through third-party processors, including Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout and to the terms of the payment processor.

7. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, to comply with all applicable laws and program rules, and to submit their own registrations, bids, and applications unless a specific service states otherwise. Clients are responsible for the truthfulness of any information submitted to a government system or agency.

8. Courses, tools, and digital products

Access to courses, the Lifetime Access Tool, memberships, and other digital products is licensed to the purchasing client for their own use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

9. Intellectual property

All materials, templates, courses, and content provided by Pulse Integrated Solutions remain the property of Pulse or its licensors and are provided for the client's internal use only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Integrated Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the client paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Pulse Integrated Solutions is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
